Cardboard City  2011

The Adelaide City Council invited me to run this a workshop located in Rundle Mall, Adelaide's busiest commercial retail centre inviting participation by the general public. We constructed a 3.5m cardboard city tower expressing people's ideas about the city.

The council's aim was to engage the community through inviting input on three strategic planning projects including the Strategic Plan 2012-16, Structure Plan and Integrated Movement Strategy.

The workshop provided an opportunity for the public to express their ideas about the future of the city of Adelaide and was all about getting people excited for, and engaged in, the future of the city, encouraged through public hands-on participation.
